La Muraz townhall is recruiting.
An administrative assistant for the position of townhall secretary (to replace the current person due to retire within the next few months).
Post to be filled : second half of 2010.
Job specifications:
- general administration: preparation of the commune councils, participation in the council meetings, writing of the deliberations, bylaws and reports, registry management.
- budget and finances : management of the loans and accounting, preparation and follow-up of the subsidies, management of the inventory, development and follow-up of the FCTVA (= …), preparation and follow-up of the budgets, taking part into the finance Commission, preparation and follow-up of the public markets, relationship with the Treasury.
Requested qualities :
- A sense of initiative, responsabilities, public service
- A good knowledge in accounting,
- Abilities for writing and relationships
- Professional discretion, strictness and integrity
- A good command of the computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet, Power Point, Wincloe)
Full time or to be discussed.
